🌿 Finding Fulfillment at Every Stage: My Journey from Factory Floor to Digital Freedom

I come from a close-knit Filipino family where faith, discipline, and service were not just spoken but lived. Those values have been the foundation of my life—carried into motherhood, marriage, and every business venture I’ve taken on. As a mother of six, I’ve worn many hats—nurturer, provider, counselor, and now, digital mentor.

🎓 From Business School to the Factory Floor

After earning my degree in Business Management, my professional journey began not in a corner office, but on the production floor. I served as an Assembly Production Line Supervisor at Fairchild Semiconductors in mid 1980s—a time when the World Wide Web was still in its infancy. We were already emailing internally across departments and even communicating with colleagues from Silicon Valley in San Jose, which sparked something in me: I knew even then that the digital world was going to shape the future. That seed of curiosity pushed me to study, upskill, and later dive deeply into all things digital.

💼 Transitioning to B2B Strategy & Sales

From the factory floor, I shifted into B2B sales and marketing, supporting manufacturers with industry-specific products. I specialized in helping them connect with the right customers, offering tailored sales strategies and bridging communication between technical teams and business decision-makers. Over the years, I became a trusted partner to companies seeking smart, ethical, and strategic growth in the Philippine market.

📲 The Digital Shift

That early digital exposure in the 1980s never left me. I knew I needed to have a digital imprint of my own—and so I worked my way to learn, study, and immerse myself in the evolving world of online business.

I have engaged myself in several social media platforms and continuously network with fellow influencers—studying how to link and strengthen the nuances of business in the digital space. This journey has allowed me to better understand the mindset and needs of modern entrepreneurs, so I can add more meaningful value and guidance to those I support.

Whether it’s profiling potential clients, optimizing messaging, or mapping out customer journeys, I strive to help business owners pursue results that feel aligned, human, and sustainable.

🌱 Retirement Isn’t an End—It’s a Rebirth

Now entering a new season of life, I’m preparing to embrace retirement—but not as a retreat. I see it as a reinvention. A time to slow down without stopping. To focus more on what brings joy, and to create income streams that don’t steal time from what matters most: family, faith, and fulfillment.

My chosen path? Affiliate marketing.

It’s ethical. Scalable. And it gives me the flexibility to work with brands I believe in, while helping others—especially women and parents—build something of their own.

Alongside that, I’m also diving into something more hands-on and creative: epoxy resin flooring, tabletop, and countertop installation.

It’s a venture I’ve long been obstinate to start, but my excitement hasn’t faded. I’m drawn to its artistry, functionality, and strong market potential. It’s not just a business—it’s a way to create something beautiful and lasting, with my own hands and vision.
